LightNeedle® - for PhysioLaser Olympic
Simple and reliable!
Laser needle acupuncture is only reliably effective when the light penetrates the skin perpendicularly. Laser needle systems that have been available on the market to date therefore try to attach the needles vertically to the patient with special holders.
But vertically attached needles bend easily or the holders slip.
Consequence: The therapy does not work because the laser beam enters at the wrong angle and therefore does not hit the right point.
LightNeedle®: perpendicular application of the laser beam |
---|
With the new LightNeedle® you can stick the needles flat to the skin with a regular band-aid. Because we have integrated a micromirror into the patented needle tips of the LightNeedle, which deflects the laser beam by 90°. Exactly perpendicular to the treatment point.
The laser needles are stuck flat on the skin with a regular plaster.
The fact that the laser needles are glued flat not only makes needling easy, it also ensures greater reliability: horizontally attached needles cannot kink, even when the patient is lying on them. You can even treat points on your back and stomach at the same time. Even difficult areas such as fingertips or toe joints can be treated reliably with the new LightNeedle.
Acupuncture without pain
Acupuncture with laser needles works in principle in the same way as with classic needles: acupuncture points are stimulated - but without any puncture pain or risk of infection, only with the concentrated energy of light.
Laser needle acupuncture covers the same wide range of treatments as classic acupuncture: from dermatology, rheumatology, orthopaedics, physiotherapy to sports and veterinary medicine.
And it can even be used on pain-sensitive patients and children.
The high penetration depth of the red laser beam creates the same stimulus as with classic acupuncture. With one crucial difference: With laserneedle acupuncture, the stimulation points are stimulated longer.
