This is a Live Webinar event that will be held on September 22, 2024 - 1pm PDT, 4pm EDT, 5pm BRT, 9pm BST, 10pm CEST, 1:30am IST, 6am AEST, 8am NZST.Asthma is one of the most common conditions in the population. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is the third leading cause of death in the United States. Add in allergies and the common cold and flu, and it is practically impossible to avoid patients who are or will be on drugs to treat these conditions. This seminar will examine drugs to treat respiratory diseases including those listed here as well as antitussives and expectorants. We will be exploring these diseases in addition to the drug functions, mechanisms of actions, adverse drug reactions, red flags, and herb-drug and acupuncture-drug interactions for each type of drug.
