Seit jeher ist das Ohr des Ohrs immer als ein etwas "magischer" Bereich des Körpers angesehen. Nadia Volf ist Mitglied der Scientific Association of Acupuncturists of France und der French School of Acupuncture sowie der American Academy of Medical Acupuncture (AAMA) und Gastprofessorin an der Harvard Medical School in George Washington University und Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Chicago. Sie ist Autorin mehrerer Bücher (einschließlich Food & Life: le Goût & la Vie, die 2014 mit dem großen Küchenchef Joël Robuchon bei den Assouline-Ausgaben veröffentlicht wurden) sowie einer Vielzahl von Artikeln, die in verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Fachzeitschriften veröffentlicht wurden.
